What started as a fleck of a thought back in 2000 has metamorphosed into a relentless pursuit of innovation and entrepreneurship, where each HH venture is now a chapter marked by a commitment to excellence.

2000
The journey begins with the establishment of UAS, driven by the vision to set a benchmark for high standards of quality flight support across all airports globally.
2010
UAS emerges as a global leader in the flight support industry, boasting more than 23 global locations that cover over 2000 airports worldwide. The company services over 35,000 trips annually, extending its support to a diverse range of clients, including Governmental flights, Fortune 500 companies’ business jets, Humanitarian flights, Commercial Charter airlines, and medical evacuation trips.
2018
In response to the challenges faced by businesses such as low engagement, high employee turnover, and productivity issues, Corporate Sports is founded.
2020
Corporate Sports evolves into a prominent player in the UAE, offering wellbeing and engagement events for major brands in the region. It establishes itself as a leader in providing Wellbeing, CSR, Sports, and Team building activities to the global workforce.
2022
VIWELL emerges as a comprehensive people wellbeing and engagement solution. It adopts an online and offline strategy to address the growing needs and gaps in the market for wellbeing and engagement. VIWELL establishes VIWELL studios to create content and pioneers the region’s first comprehensive and multi-lingual digital wellbeing platform for employers and employees.
2023
Building on the commitment to wellbeing, VIWELL Institute will be established as the scientific and research arm of the organisation. Its purpose will be to provide local research and standards, contributing to the promotion of holistic wellbeing within the wider population in the region.
2024
A significant milestone will be achieved with the launch of the VIWELL Awards “Balance 500.” This initiative will recognise companies’ outstanding initiatives and strategies aimed at bringing balance to their employees and workplaces, further solidifying Husary Holding’s commitment.

Mohammed Al Husary is the Founder and the Family Principal of Husary Holding that operates over 5 global entities in 5 different sectors.
As Executive President, Mohammed Husary sits at the helm of UAS International Trip Support. A pioneering aviation expert and corporate strategist, Mr. Husary is responsible for formulating and implementing UAS’s corporate strategy, global growth, and service sustainability. He is a frequent keynote speaker on industry issues at international events and a media contributor.
Believing strongly in serving the wider community, both as a business and a social entrepreneur, Mr. Husary sponsors a wide range of philanthropic social initiatives. He is also an affiliate member in the Royal Aeronautical Society in the UK, selected as an honored member of the Who’s Who historical society in 2005.
Mr. Husary is the recipient of a series of leadership accolades including the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Sapphire Pegasus Business Aviation Awards 2018 and was named in the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Top 40 Under 40 for his leadership and business management skills. A passionate believer in continuous education, he is currently undertaking the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School and holds a Master’s of Science, Aviation and an Executive Master’s in Business Administration.
Mohammed Husary’s legacy lies in his passionate championing of workplace wellbeing through his latest venture, VIWELL that’s on a mission to educate, motivate and support every individual to live in balance. Mr. Husary is breaking new ground in the Middle East as an industry pioneer and a thought leader where wellbeing and mental health are still enveloped in a fair amount of stigma and prejudice. While paving the way for open discussions and active solutions through VIWELL’s state-of-the-art, one-of-a-kind and scientifically driven product, Mr. Husary is successfully challenging a centuries old status quo in the GCC Landscape.

Mohammed Husary was selected as one of the Arab Specialists for the Arab Specialist Forum, a joint initiative between LinkedIn and MBRF. This program aimed to educate and enhance the knowledge of UAE public sector leadership by bringing specialists to speak about their respective topics.
Mohammed delivered the inaugural talk on business leadership success, addressing the leadership of the Dubai Sports Council.

Mr. Husary achieved recognition on the global stage, being named and awarded as one of the Top 40 under 40 by the National Business Aviation Association in America. This accolade celebrated his successful leadership in the competitive realm of Business Aviation.

A respected figure in the aviation industry, Mr. Husary is an invited Board member of the Middle East Business Aviation Association (MEBAA). In this role, he actively contributes to shaping policies and promoting business aviation in the Middle East.

Beyond his professional endeavours, Mr. Husary dedicates time to work with educational institutions, including GEMS Education. As a speaker on entrepreneurship, business, and aviation topics, he plays a role in shaping the next generation. Notably, he collaborates with Gems Education Centre of Excellence, where students study aviation in partnership with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Mohammed shares insights into his passion for aviation and his journey into the industry.

Mohammed Husary’s commitment to continuous learning and knowledge is exemplified by his pursuit of an Executive MBA with Hult Business School, Boston in 2015. His graduation project received acclaim, contributing to his award-winning academic journey. Additionally, he is now furthering his education at Harvard Business School, where he engages with global business leaders and renowned academics.
